This is a subsidiary post of Faith Is Spiritual Sight.
Of course, Christ came in the flesh (1 John 4:2; 2 John 1:7). Even though we love that He came in the flesh (2 Timothy 4:8), we no longer see Him in the flesh (2 Corinthians 5:16). Instead, we “see” Him in the spirit. That is, we exercise the spiritual insight given to us love Him and believe in Him (1 Peter 1:8).
