*Luke 1:38 – “And Mary said, ‘…may it be done to me according to your word‘…” – Mary had no doubt that God would be faithful to what He had spoken through the angel.
*Luke 1:45 – “And blessed is she who believed that there would be a fulfillment of what had been spoken to her by the Lord” – Elizabeth is commending the attitude Mary expressed in Luke 1:38 above, and which contrasts with the unbelief expressed by Zacharias in Luke 1:18-20.
*Acts 27:25 – “Therefore, keep up your courage, men, for I believe God that it will turn out exactly as I have been told.”
Romans 3:3, 4 – “…If some did not believe, their unbelief will not nullify the faithfulness of God, will it? May it never be! Rather, let God be found true, though every man be found a liar…”

2 Corinthians 1:18 – “But as God is faithful, our word to you is not yes and no.”

Hebrews 10:23 – “…He who promised is faithful”
Hebrews 11:11 – “…since she considered Him faithful who had promised”
Hebrews 12:15, 16, 17 – The contrast between Jacob and Esau is stark: Jacob sought to inherit the promises of God while Esau considered them unimportant and irrelevant to the life he wanted to live. Thus Esau considered the faithfulness of God to His promises to be something inconsequential. Let us not do the same.
1 Peter 4:19 – “Therefore, those also who suffer according to the will of God shall entrust their souls to a faithful Creator in doing what is right.”
1 John 1:9 – “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”
Deuteronomy 7:9, 10 – “Know therefore that the Lord your God, He is God, the faithful God, who keeps His covenant and His lovingkindness to a thousandth generation with those who love Him and keep His commandments; but repays those who hate Him to their faces, to destroy them; He will not delay with him who hates Him, He will repay him to his face.”
Deuteronomy 32:4 – “…A God of faithfulness and without injustice, righteous and upright is He.”
*Joshua 21:45 – “Not one of the good promises which the Lord had made to the house of Israel failed; all came to pass.”
*Josh 23:14 – “Now behold, today I am going the way of all the earth, and you know in all your hearts and in all your souls that not one word of all the good words which the Lord your God spoke concerning you has failed; all have been fulfilled for you, not one of them has failed.”

Psalm 89:1 – “…To all generations I will make known Your faithfulness with my mouth.”

*Ecclesiastes 5:4 – “…Pay what you vow!” – If God expects us to pay what we vow, how much more He will pay what He vows (i.e. promises).
Isaiah 42:3 – “…He will faithfully bring forth justice.”
*Jeremiah 1:12 – “…I am watching over My word to perform it.” – If we watch over the words of our mouth to perform them, then we will be faithful to our word as He is faithful to His word.
