The resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead is the pivotal event of the Bible, the pivotal event in the life of the Jewish nation, and the pivotal event of all human history.  No wonder we find so many references to it.  Even the list below is not exhaustive.

Matthew 27:53  –  “and coming out of the tombs after His resurrection

Matthew 28:6  –  “He has risen, just as He said”

Matthew 28:7  –  “Go quickly and tell His disciples that He has risen from the dead

Mark 16:6  –  “He has risen; He is not here”

Mark 16:9  –  “Now after He had risen early on the first day of the week”
