Psalm 16:7  –  “I will bless the LORD who has counseled me; indeed, my mind instructs me in the night.”

Psalm 32:8  –  “I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you should go; I will counsel you with My eye upon you.”

Psalm 33:10-11  –  “The LORD nullifies the counsel of the nations; He frustrates the plans of the peoples.  The counsel of the LORD stands forever, the plans of His heart from generation to generation.”

Psalm 73:24  –  “With Your counsel You will guide me…”

Psalm 106:13-14  –  “They quickly forgot His works; they did not wait for His counsel, but craved intensely in the wilderness, and tempted God in the desert.”

Psalm 107:10-11  –  “There were those who dwelt in darkness and in the shadow of death,
prisoners in misery and chains, because they had rebelled against the words of God and spurned the counsel of the Most High.”

Psalm 119:24  –  “Your testimonies also are my delight; they are my counselors.  –  This is the only occurrence of “counsel” in Psalm 119 of the NASB.

Proverbs 1:5  –  “A wise man will hear and increase in learning, and a man of understanding will acquire wise counsel,”

Proverbs 1:25  –  “And you neglected all my counsel and did not want my reproof;”

Isaiah 9:6  –  “…and His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,
Eternal Father, Prince of Peace.”

Isaiah 11:2  –  “The Spirit of the LORD will rest on Him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and strength, the spirit of knowledge and the fear of the LORD.”

Jeremiah 18:18  –  “…Surely the law is not going to be lost to the priest, nor counsel to the sage, nor the divine word to the prophet…”

Ezekiel 7:26  –  “…then they will seek a vision from a prophet, but the law will be lost from the priest and counsel from the elders.”
