Don’t Grow Weary

This is a subsidiary post of Hope.

An asterisk at the beginning of the citation indicates that weariness is being implied in some way by the verse and not explicitly present.  Most of these speak explicitly about strength – the antidote to weariness.

Becoming weary makes us more susceptible to despairing (lose heart), so we should keep ourselves strong.

Matthew 11:28  –  Jesus invites us to come to Him and receive the rest and strength He gives because He knows how vulnerable we are when weary.
