    1. You see above in Hebrews 12:24 that the blood of Jesus “speaks better than the blood of Abel.” You recall also that God had said to Cain, “The voice of your brother’s blood is crying to Me from the ground” (Genesis 4:10). Therefore, if the voice of Abel’s blood spoke from the ground, how much more does the blood of Christ speak from it. Moreover, while Abel’s blood was insufficient to redeem the earth from the grasp of unrighteousness, Christ’s is more than sufficient to do so (2 Peter 13).

  1. Mike, you are over-reading from the text. It does not say about the earth (the planet). Nor does it say the ground is holy. Any ground you stand is holy when God declares – Exo 3:5.

  2. Am I “over-reading from the text” or are you under-reading from it? Jesus declared in John 4:20-24 that the time of holiness being restricted to certain places (such as you mention in Exodus 3:5) had come to an end.

The verse “The earth is the Lord’s, and the fullness thereof” (Psalm 24:1) is fulfilled in Christ, which Paul confirms in 1 Corinthians 10:26.
