  1. How do you define ‘church’? What do you refer it to?

If it’s Constantine Catholic Church tradition (which includes most of the Protestants), we better forget all about it. It’s not what Yeshua meant by ekklesia – the living breathing community of His followers. We have to take religion out of Christianity in order that His Gospel survives and thrives.

    1. In the kingdom of God, church is never defined by human standards. It consists of those who hear the Shepherd’s voice and follow Him (hence, they are the ekklesia – the called out). They assemble not to each other, but to Him.

In the days of the apostles, churches had human leaders. However, since the coming of the kingdom, the only legitimate pastor is the Lord Himself. May we all seek Him and Him alone.
